Your First Visit
We ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early to give yourself plenty of time to fill out a New Patient form. If you prefer, you can complete the form ahead of time by downloading it from the link below.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, as well as any imaging that may be required.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and findings from the examination, your dentist will develop a personalized treatment plan to meet your specific needs. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At West Humber Dentistry, our administrative team is happy to help you navigate our options for payment and insurance so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
Our administrative team is happy to assist you in better understanding your insurance plan.
We will also provide you with a treatment invoice and any other documentation you may need in order to complete your insurance claim.
Payment Methods
The full cost of treatment is due at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept several forms of payment, including cash, debit, and most major credit cards. If you have any questions about payment before your visit, our team will be happy to assist you.
Support for Anxious Patients
